The government has been receiving donation PPE's, Masks & kits from Jack Ma, the Chinese Government and others. All quarantine facilities are at self cost. Honestly where is the government using all this Billions?"

This government wacha tu, they can't even account clearly for 10% of all this money.
If it were used correctly we could have noticed.
 
Government finances are at times baffling.
Is this money already spent or is it how they propose to spend it?
Spent and allocated mean two very different things and like we always see in ministries, not all allocated money is spent.

Nakuona. hii story i have no more information than those two lines up here which are clearly not enough to enable a good opinion.
I am however aware that there is money that has been disbursed to all 47 counties to help them build capacity in the hundreds of millions each and there's money going to cash transfers for vulnerable families. I can feel the members' incredulity but once again the information is scanty. I also do not see the relationship between COVID19 and NIS but, well, i do not want to guess the author's intention in putting the line in the mix.
