Shouldn't that be the case whenever a serious issue is identified?

I mean, it's the only strong motivation for them to fix their problems.

I bet if KQ were grounded for a day, they'd be a bit more serious with solving the bed bug and lice infestations plaguing their upholstery and eating humans alive!

Yup! Mob sana.

There's a whole mess of fliers online complaining about how bad it gets especially if you get on a long flight.

Those assholes at KQ were forced to fumigate their planes and even then, they did it shoddily and only did it for larger planes which go to first world destinations.
