Someone explain to me sloooooooowly, very very sloooooooowly how this works

He is poor in writing. He means an apartment costs 18m and you need a deposit of 10m to own one as the project start. His idea is you deposit 20m for two and as the project completes you sell one for 19.5m and remain with one. So you get an apartment for only 20m-19.5m=1.5m. But who will buy an 3 bedroomed apartment for 19.5m?

From the tweet it sounds like a deposit of 10M gets you two apartments, each at a deposit of 5M, when the project is complete, sell one apartment for 19.5M and use 1.5M as legal costs. Do you get a 3br apartment for 5M? @bigDog your critical thinking input is urgently needed. And for the lead person, I think he should elaborate better

Good sir, you're making a lot of assumption... Fastafo, 1/2bh to get the area of the house (explain to @Meria akifika na umuongezee sin achanganyikiwe kabisa ama √[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)] aruke hakiri ) compared to a square/rectangular house with fewer 2br, while this can be a mix of 2, 1br with corner bedsitters that can be more than the larger 2br....which would give a higher yield?
