1.A good quality 40ft container delivered to site will range btwn 330k -340k. Apa naona wametumia 4 which translates to 1.36m .
2.The base /foundation = approximately 50-70k
3.Exteriors and interior finishes = approximately 1.2 - 1.5m
Alternative technology is not necessarily cheap....... 1.4m is enough to do a 3bdr stone and motar house with basic finishes.

Ke alternative designs ziko expe mbaya juzi nilienda around looking to make a pallet bed just a basic one ile quote nilikua napewa i just decided to go for a regular one!!! Creativity is damn expensive
