But was the 31 Billions in the Budget? Was procurement above board? Why buy tractors from a broker/go between (the SPV company) instead of a manufacturer?
Will the machinery's essential spares be readily available au zitakujaa halafu zikiisha service zi-knock? (Do you remember the expiring token meters?)

wosre is that Belarus will mostly sell Soviet era tractors. Who will service them? Spare parts also, will they also put a plant here? or it's a one off deal ,then AFC will be stuck with scrap metals?, then also Belarus said they're selling for 500m but in Kenya AFC is buying them for 31b.
