Push Notifications

For those of you who have seen the Push alert and don't know what it means then here is an explanation. It just shows you klist notifications on your device notification centre.
Eg on PC like this

or on Phone like this. Don't have my phone so will use xenforo example, the "news alert at xf 2.1" message

To enable or Disable it then just go to your account Preference settings
