private school vs public: a case of kiambu township

Recent kcpe results. Also note the number of public schools in township vis a vis the population.
 
There has been a population implosion recently. The public primary schools are few and far between. From Kiambu township to the nearby public primary Karunga is about 2 and a half kilometers. Now just calculate the number of people per household in all those apartments which have been built recently and tell me the congestion per class. In Kiambu primary, a typical class seven classroom holds almost 80 cramped up students.
