Everyone is scrambling for Africa except Africans who are busy immigrating to other continents.
Last week I saw a video of a boat full of Africans immigrants capsizing near Italy after being chased by the Italian coast guards.
By 2050 most of Africa will be under foreign ownership.
The are all targeting Huge deposits of minerals.

Population growth carries the economy. Most western, and even eastern govts have a falling population that's why they want to lock African economies into a depending on theirs.
The 21st century is the century of ascendance for Africa, but they are desperately trying to get Africans off their land and resources to become controlled service economies.
