Any leader who is not for a united Africa in the 21st century is a bad leader.
Any leader who hates being opposed and the freedom of speech is a bad leader.
Magufuli was not just petty in character, he harboured real hate for Kenyans. He demanded praise and couldn't deal with being challenged. He reminded me of Moi at the height of the Nyayo era.
He lacked the basic wisdom required to deal with powerful Nations of the world and all probably because he wouldn't take any advice from anyone. It's one thing to try to protect your natural resources for the benefit of your people, but if your people are incapable of utilising those natural resources by themselves for themselves, then they are useless.
Tanzania no longer needs to look inwards, it needs to embrace the world.
Magufuli should never be mentioned when true visionaries of Africa are spoken about.

Lakini alipunguza ufisadi kwake and realised development.
Jamaa stopped all foreign trips and used the money wisely for a project.
Hapa sisi we embraced hiyo kitu unasema and we loose 2b everyday as per our pres, who says it casually like it's peanuts.
I'm only disappointed with how he handled covid, the rest are non issues, every country has its demons.
The reason former east African states hate Kenya is simple, we brought the distrust upon ourselves.
