Even if occupied 3 days a week, it'd still make for a good deal.
Of course, there are expenses to incur such as furnishing, commission to AirBnb, having someone to manage it and take care of stuff such as laundry, utilities na zinginezo but at the end of the day, as long as revenue exceeds costs, you're in business
