You can lease to a school but the lease needs to be a stranglehold on them. You have to be brutal with them. The moment they start missing payments, do not be afraid to put a chain on the doorA good man once told me; don’t ever lease land to a church or a school. Both will ferk you bigly in the long run.
, Clever lady, if your mom was the watu wa kiroho, my friend she would have bequeathed familial property to pretenders.
Today I decided to visit the free to air TV station and my observation are as follows: There seems to be an outbreak of Christian and Muslim TV station in the Kenyan airwaves(yet to see a Hindu one). If God is one and is love why can't they form a ncck/supkem station where each sect or whatever they call them can have a program? where they can directly talk to their sheep; Another thing is that they are all begging for money (the Christian ones are, I didn't waste time to listen to Arabic chants not that I would understand them).
Why should the almighty God send minions to beg money from people, when he can bless the minions directly like he did Abraham? Instead of them begging random strangers to support 'huduma'.
It reminded me of the standup comedy by George Carlin.
Responsible governments like the Rwandese one, who knows that it's the responsibility of the government to protect you even against yourself, are cracking down on these posers. It's all about the money.
All else is secondary.

it will, but probably not the way you envision it - ala Kagame style crackdown. in most advanced economies(christian) churches are becoming more and more empty( some even converting into museums and restaurants). people are beginning to ask questions about what they have been led to believe. Here in Kenya, its majority women who still frequent churches. That'll never happen here.
Not any time soon.
Unfortunately.
