I normally buy the energizer AAA sixpack juu ya wireless keyboard na mouse za comp. My problem is that I recently changed the two dead from the mouse but the baby in the house took the expended ones and mixed with the four new. I would want to isolate the two expended ones coz I wouldn't want to mix them with new in a device coz of leakage.

A modern voltmeter. If you don't have it then you screwed, and you have to guess. My not so big toolbox has one. Can't remember why I bought it but it does come in handy.
