1. The County reported two(2) Covid-19 positive cases. The two patients are females aged 42 and 44 years from Majengo slums. They work as bartenders in spinners bar and restaurant located near the lower bus stage.
2. They were tested with four(4) others who work in the same restaurant but their results tested negative for Covid-19.
3. The 2 patients are asymptomatic and have been admitted to Mt Kenya Isolation hospital
4. They provided names of their contacts including close family members and friends, with an estimated number of 50 contacts.

They reported no history of travel outside Nyeri County meaning they might be secondary contacts. We therefore must look for the primary contact who will help in opening up the network.
4. Three of their children have been admitted to Wambugu ATC.

On a separate note,
A truck driver who was delivering road construction materials to Hiriga-Mathira tested positive for Covid-19.
He had interacted with several workers at the construction site creating a contact network of 123.
The department has so far managed to identify and quarantine 55 at nyeri KMTC

Now, now, now, a Baptist church in Frankfurt reopened 3 weeks ago, and now there are 100 new cases. South Korea allowed pubs to open and one guy infected more than 1000.

It is the social distancin that should be practiced out there I think...not closing down as if there is no tomorrow
 
On Tuesday evening i was exchanging emails with this guy. During supper i waved at him as i lined up for food. Of course there was distancing when it came to the restaurant setup. Wednesday evening fever, yesterday sore throat, heaving and coughing. This morning tunaambiwa ametutangulia. The guy was in his early 40s
