me i said until it becomes a penal offence siweki, gover should do it for free , we exchange old for new.
same with the smart dl, said i won't take it util forced by circumstances like polisi kupotea na my dl or it becomes a percussor for applying the hustler fund

I was in a can and the driver told me due to cops taking the DL ovyo ovyo, many can deres carry with them a photocopy. Karao akichukua, unamuachia tu.

I applied after seeing their sweet words that it takes 7 working days. This is an obviously lie but let's see, 2 days to go.
