Listers who've benefited from kivuthas health system or the British NHS, how do they work??should nhif be scrapped and we adopt something on the same line?should MoH take over and run all medical facilities and staff??please share your thoughts.
 
I haven't had an experience in either. But a country full of cartels will not allow public services to thrive.

Kill public education so that private academies can mushroom
Kill public health for private clinics
Kill public transport (KBS, Trains) so that matatus can thrive
Cut off public water so that private bowsers can get business
Kill public postal service so that private mail and parcel delivery companies can thrive
Make tap water unfit for consumption so that people can buy water from supermarkets
Kill public banks so that people can go for private banks
Kill public retail supermarkets so that private supermarkets can thrive.

you pay a tax called NI.. National insurance.... depending on how much you earn per year.. almost everyone is registered with a local general practitioner... yaani daktari... when yoy go to hospital for whatever reason hakuna mtu anakuitisha pesa.. medicine unachukua kwa pharmacy whether you pay or not depends o. your situation... most people pay

america obviously ni comparison lakini most European systems are much better they just not brag about it

I disagree. I have been to many European countries and Nhs is one of the best healthcare systems I have experienced. Nhs hata kama hujawahi lipa peni towards your NI you still get free healthcare, that's not the case in many European countries.
