Nairobi MCA loses seat for missing plenary sittings for two years

Nominated Jubilee MCA Habiba Ibrahim Hussein loses her seat for missing plenary sittings for two years. Nairobi Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi declared her seat vacant today after keen investigations and meetings.

She was nominated in 2018 as a Jubilee MCA. This comes as leadership in Nairobi county has brought confusion among the resident after Governor Mike Sonko gave up four key dockets to the National government.

The question is where was she? Was she aware of her Job title? What are the reasons for not attending the sittings? Does she exist? Was she receiving her salaries for two years without working?

Nairobi county deserves better!

DCI has been weaponised. Opponents of BBI pia wataona cases being revived. Babu Owino is on the good side so kesi yako will drag in the courts.
