It seems as if the law is being applied selectively nowadays. Some pubs are selling the whole day while others open only during the designated hours. Why is this so? Or do some operators bribe kina Pamba to allow them to contravene the laws?
 
Isn't that how this country functions....??it's actually the norm. Regulations are ignored with time and comes bribes and corruption. What happened to the use of safety belts??na vile it was strict the first two weeks....people no longer use them.....asubuhi you see makarau getting money from drivers na conductors.

This is a rotten country and only bribes work everywhere.

I had a client who was importing a car....the revenue at the port was 3m and above....due to bribes he ended up paying 1.7m in total. When you have money you can get away with anything....I mean anything
 
Depends with the license, a bar with a restaurant can ran 24/7, the licence is more expensive than for a standalone bar.

If only every citizen would pay rightful share of tax..and collected revenue used properly without corruption,we could achieve vision 2030..but kwa ground vitu ni different
