The Greeks are known for wearing their hearts on their sleeves and rarely beat about the bush as pertains their affections and sentiments.
We are a very transparent people and show our friends and foes the requisite endearments or disdain on a reflex basis.
In the same way a jilted lover has to suddenly discover and cope with total rejection, Jambas needs to wake up to the realisation that the Mountain will be hostile.

Unlikely on wamonyota endorsing Kindiki. The Kenyatta's believe the 'kingship' of the Kikuyu belongs to them. Uhuru will never pass that baton over to someone who isn't a Kenyatta.

I would suggest it is the very reason he is so eager to reject the very existence of Gachagua who endeavoured to overthrow him in Mt Kenya. Gachagua was simply used and dumped by Uhuru after piggybacking on the Gen Z riots, and failing to finish Ruto off.

Praising Kindiki/recognizing kindiki as DP delegitimizes Gachagua. Uhuru is simply eliminating the kingpin competition. Gachagua was the loudest challenger.

It is the reason they are only dwelling on Uhuru’s speech acknowledging Kidiki.
What they won’t acknowledge happened, and is terribly important, are the following:
a). Ruto’s introduction elicited a very loud silence
b). Kidiki’s introduction imbued a very thunderous silence
c). Ruto must go rented the air throughout the event

No wonder Jambas was so crestfallen and pale in demeanour.
