National Aviation Services (NAS) set to acquire a 51 percent stake at Siginon Aviation- a subsidiary of Siginon Group Limited, which provides airport ground handling and cargo management services.
The company did not disclose the cost of the deal, but it said the enterprise value is about Sh4.4 billion
