Unataka fog lights na headlamps are incomplete .The projector headlamps as installed have a cut off line and hence hauwezi weka "full" .
@Introvert saidia hapa maybe there is new tech .
All headlights (except led ) have high beam (using reflector to scatter light ) and a focused light for low beam as captured below on a Prado headlight .
