I think piping from sudan would have been more viable but that would shift our economy make up.
For instance, those big tanks we see at the coast would now be stationed in Northern Kenya.
Truck movement would be from north to south and actually would force the northern KE to develop and govt to stop its lazy approach towards the area.
Seems like the best option but as you know how KE works, if it does not benefit some stomachs, however cheap, benefitial or convenient it would be for the population, the stomachs will never allow it to happen.
