Seems martha karua has decided to chart her own path this is the begining of the crumbling of the oppositon next will be the sifuna group then by this time next year kalonzo and matiangi will part ways by the time kenyans will be cheering harambee stars in the newly build Talanta stadium while those heading towards nakuru and western will probably be using part of the rironi mau summit road .

Hopefully this will bring down fuel prices. And UDA will start paying taxes.
 
It's just an attempt to position themselves for the negotiation when the "real" campaign season starts. Since politics are influenced based then whoever has a bigger following gets more cards to deal.

Exactly the sifuna group is also positioning itsself but the excitement in this group revovles around sifuna who is very charismatic it will die down if he goes for the nairobi senator position

 
Not even sure why Karua is wasting her time. Zero charisma. Zero agenda. Zero support. She is still living on that walk out on Moi. Non-starter.

It's not even a surprise. Such a pathetic lot. There is only one individual with an actual plan in this group, and that is Gachagua. All he wants are MP's and senators, probably governors on DCP.

But the funny thing is that he is directly competing against their patron, macho nyanya's party Jubilee.

You could argue that macho nyanya has abandoned Jubilee for the umbrella coalition party, where he will basically own all MP's from Azimio constituent parties without necessarily doing any work.

But the goal is the same. Influence peddling. Handshake politics, because they know they have no chance to win the presidency.
