Man returns Ksh.100,000 deposited to him wrongly by NCBA Bank

40-year old Stephen Waiganjo from Kijiji Cha Shauri Yako, Eldama Ravine, Baringo County has returned Sh 100,000 which was mistakenly deposited last month to his M-PESA account by NCBA Bank. Waiganjo waited for Safaricom to reverse the money but nothing happened, prompting him to walk into the bank and report the error.

They are yet to discover the error three months down the line...and to be honest, the services from NIC before merging were top notch...since the merger, everything just feels like a downgrade. I have raised several issues with them only to one day wake up 7k richer kwa mpesa. Needless to say the rest became history
