Cloud seeding is an actual thing. And if you have a government that continually lies to its people, in the interest of survival, human natural instincts kick in.

Remember when people were sold the story that covid came from a wuhan animal market, and that it was misinformation that it was made in a lab.

Then it came out the US govt through Fauci were funding gain of function research? Chinese whistleblowers revealed that the virus was engineered.
