Bullshit. The location was previously a hotel before the lady set up shop. Big mistake was not budgetting for a lawyer. Never engage this upuzi with these associations because the moment you do you put yourself in their jurisdiction. You ignore and at most tell them to contact your company lawyers. I personally would have engaged KRA and an agressive corporate lawyer. Nothing the tax man hates than a tax paying business to be killed for stupid reasons. Here KRA lost VAT,Paye,corporate tax and various other fees.
