Sorry to burst your bubble. It is not the type of system that enhances accountability but the culture of a society.
Read and study.... there's no system that has been deemed to be superior than the other.
Citizens have flourished and suffered under all thinkable governing systems....
A government that is people centred flourishes...look at UAE....is it a parliamentary system? No.

People in Africa are brainwashed and lack critical thinking skills. Development and system of government are two mutually exclusive things.

Reason why we have a very progressive constitution but still suffer from many of the same old problems. We haven't changed our culture of corruption, tribalism, and mediocrity.

I disagree with you. You and a few of your bedfellows here are brilliant high IQ people.

A higher IQ moron is a person who thinks that skills, values and strategic direction don't matter. To a moron, rules and regulations don't apply, he can do as he wishes because he is boss or knows the big boss! Everything starts and ends with "deals" and greed. These are the 70 odd known morons that were elected to push up the other two thieves. Elected by even lower IQ mortals.
