Just how stupid, clueless and ignorant is this crop of leaders? Or is it pure unadulterated sycophancy?
Kenya Kwisha has borrowed the most going by the sheer speed of borrowing.
All things being equal, Ceteris Paribus to you and me, Kenya Kwisha will have borrowed three-fold what Kenyatta II did in 10 years. That is an impressive record if ever there was one especially to a regime that promised no further borrowing.
The sad fact is that we can see where Uhuru’s borrowing went to but Kenya Kwisha borrowing has been for travel, hospitality and First Lady, First Daughter, Deputy First Lady, Mudavadi’s First Lady and Office Modifications and Beautification.
In legal jargon, we call this kind of spend as Dissipation. In other words or stated another way, this is utter wastage.
