One Million Shillings For Henry Desagu
Henry Desagu, a Kenyan comedian, has been battling alcoholism and depression. It caught attention of many including his friends and colleagues. Pombe ni mbaya sana kama hunywi kwa kiwango ama vipi?
Elijah Njoroge Kururia, MP Gatundu North, launched a one Million Fundraising for Desagu's rehabilitation and hospital bills. He urged friends and fans who were ready kusimama na Desagu, watume pesa zao directly to him or through their Master Live MC, Karangu Muraya on his Desagu Live Session.
"This evening we have visited Desagu, it is quite sad, we are discussing the way forward and by tomorrow we will share more information as per the doctors directions. Thank you so much for your prayers." Mofarm JM said yesterday.
"We will not watch as this great boy child, Henry DeSagu, whose comedy brings laughter to all of us, is brought down by depression and alcoholism. We will pray for his recovery, have him get quality medical attention and get our lively Desagu back." Elijah Njoroge Kururia confirmed.
"Thanks my namesake Elijah Njoroge (Mofarm JM ), for standing with him so far and for explaining to me how seriously his situation is getting worse, to the extent of getting hospitalised at Mathari Hospital." Njoroge Kururia added.
Njoroge also threw sheds to ladies who run away from their spouses wherever there's a problem. "Ladies surely, Mwanaume akiwa sawa ni wako, akianguka, ni wa mama yake." He said. By the way, madem mbona some of you run away from your men wakiwa kwa shida? Mtuchanue hapo kwa comments.
