Recently the president of KE came up with some measures to deal with the COVID19.
I reserved alot of my disappointment, though I let out a little bit.
What I expected to hear from him was a plan like the one by India, not exactly the same but something close to this considering more than 50% of our population is in the informal sector.
Those tax breaks and incentives, are much appreciated but food and medicine is what people need at this time.
Point to note, population of India.

I think uhunye really understands kuna watu who live hand to mouth. e.g watu wa trolley, whom asiporauka, jioni hatakua na unga. with this in mind, he is taking a step by step measure, when the need arises, instead of rushing to a total lock down. but if need be, he will order a total lock down. he is optimistic we will survive this.
