Many others already went to be with the Lord! The civil society and all activists are now supporting his government. Others went MIA.

I mean, who and what prevents him from declaring himself president for life?

He already dismissed the constitution. And with the constitution goes all the institutions, independent or dependent! Parliament, courts, ipoa, etc. The army will be the only other arm of the government. We will only be governed by his own decree. Remember that!

What If a scenario where Ojinga and JSKS cause violence and Konyagi declare state of emergency and continue not rule untill the country is peaceful?

Well, neither does Uhuru have an enforcing arm.

Don't think that being president means the disciplined forces follow you into the murky waters.

Uhuru has no power to suspend the constitution. He didn't have enough power to sail BBI... to imagine he can suspend the constitution... something Moi could not do after 24 years... there you turn the man into a god
