Anything that has either of the two should be respected and not eaten.
I'll ask you, what's breathing ? Taking in oxygen and exhaling or removing carbon-dioxide. Fish take in oxygen from water by breaking down h20 to oxygen via gills and removing cow. Plants do the reverse
Through meditation I was able to find peace with my past sins ,like eating animals that could have been human beings in the prior life. Maziwa is ok ,its doesn't breath so there is nothing to be returned
