It is quite easy but a tedious process. But with the right software that is able to track objects in each frame, it can be less tedious. That is why the text edit looks so smooth.

Something can be easy to do but tedious. Tedious in the sense that it takes a long time because you are doing it frame by frame. Some softwares can track a particular object, the same way YouTube tracks copyright videos using AI. Pixels. That makes it less tedious because you don't have to edit many frames for a smooth edit.
