In Iran, a 50-year-old man arrived at the hospital with his wife, who became concerned when he stopped eating and began to suffer from abdominal pain and constipation.
The man had long been afraid to admit and tell his wife that he had a bottle up his arse, so he hid everything until he had a CT scan. The examination revealed that he had a 20cm water bottle inserted upside down in his gut.
