Why, Njambini - Lanet is quite uneventfull, kwa msitu tu ndio huwa tricky, the road is becoming worse every rainy season

A solution to the overlapping situation is just a broad application of the law, all those who will be found out of their designated lanes should get;
1. An overlapping/obstruction charge which is an instant 20K fine for overtakers.
2. Abuse of the road shoulder charge which is an instant 10k fine, for creators of a second lane on the shoulders.
If that is applied automatically each time, lane discipline shall be like second nature to all motorists.
