Watching citizen TV and the interior pics of the I'll fated modern coast buses tell a lot about locally fabricated buses. The one bus shown on news has all seats unplugged(for lack of a better word) meaning they were only bolted to the floor metal sheet and not the chassis or a beam connected to the frame. Are these the standards that fabricators keep telling us they are following as set out by the govt?
