why am I getting tagged like I am the scandal enabler? I start by repeating the facts I had written in the other thread:1. elections are never about you, it's about them. It's on who will control the resources and state power. Why would they spend billions to earn millions as a return on investments? Where do you all expect them to get their money back? In US where they borrowed this shitty system, companies and individuals donate money to the party and candidates. The list is public. Where did Rao and Ruto get their campaign money from? Money will be looted, deals will be made, and corruption will be budgeted as long as we have this kind of system.
2. WR was never elected on an anti-corruption platform. I think those who voted him in like @mzeiya were contented with that and gave him a 5yr contract. @Ngimanene Na Malege pia wewe ulkikuwa kwa hiyo brigade, till they picked gachietha as deputy. @Mwalimu-G usisahau that you changed your mind coz uhuru changed. We will not rewrite history. Nawesa tafta evidence ya 2018, where you endorsed him. So safari tutamalisa.
3. I do not at any one moment been endorsed corruption or against reforms, and I have given you all what I thought could have been done to achieve those reforms. If you disagree with that hiyo ni shauri yako. But waking up every day pushing RutoMustGo tag or disrupting businesses every Tuesday is not it. Who is the loser? Is it Ruto really? You have numbers. Why can't you leverage that, get organized, and have a clear path?
