The Finance bill has generated a lot of heat. One way of diverting Kenyans attention is usually play politics. Last year it was a scandal that never was,this year, a supposedly disgruntled and isolated deputy who skips functions etc.
Divide and rule is the playbook, give them a useless story to forget about the implications of finance bill.
