Gachagua has been nothing more than a liability for this regime. His corrosive opinions have been used attack the president, yet the guy has been nowhere to explain himself. All he has been doing is add more fuel to the fire.
Just like I intimated during the protest, Gachagua definitely had a hand in the actions of the goons that baricaded Karatina town. Which more or less confirms that his issues with Ruto started way before the protests. It is no wonder Ruto reached out to Raila to strengthen his political standing.
Gachagua was assigned key roles in coffee, milk and tea reforms and he has done nothing of note. In fact he has made the situation worse. For the sake of the farmers including my own parents, the sooner that executive order is trashed, the better.
Finally, this murima nonsense is nauseating. It is obviously a ploy to shore up political numbers so that he can bully Ruto. But in his greed, Gachagua has managed to rekindle legitimate or illegitimate dislike for the Kikuyu. Gachagua is a cancer. He needs to be cut out before he sinks the rest of the kikuyu people.
