Usisahau Babu Owino shot someone, the court found him guilty of misuse of a firearm but still said there was no sufficient evidence to jail him for attempted murder.
Dismus Barasa shot and killed someone in broad daylight, the case was dropped for lack of evidence.
John Waluke was sentenced to 67 years in prison, but he's still an MP.
As anybody thinks of committing a crime, beware there's the law of politicians and laws of the commoners, evidence against commoners will always be sufficient(even when you are being framed), while that of politicians and their friends will always be insufficient.
So usifikiri huyo ngombe ya gatundu atafungwa. That case will be dropped eventually.

It needs a few upright men to occupy the following offices.
1. The presidency.
2. Chief justice.
3. 200 MPs&30 senators
4. ODPP
5. Interior, finance and agriculture ministries
The rest will have to reset themselves, by the way even a well meaning revolution could resort to ethnic cleansing, we have dimwits who assume that their problems are brought about by others (Could be an ethnic group or a clan).

Shida inakuanga investigation, the subsequent acquisition of evidence. A lawyer is only required to show that the court cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that the crime was committed due to the failure of those two.
