How does this thing work?

FPL (Fantasy Premier League) is a free online football game based on the real English Premier League.

Here’s how it works in simple terms:

1. You create a team of 15 real Premier League players (11 starters + 4 substitutes).

2. You get a budget of £100 million to buy your players. All players have a price depending with ability eg Salah was the most expensive last season. Him or Haaland, I forget who..

3. Each week (called a Gameweek), your players earn points based on how they perform in real matches.
For example:

A goal = 4 to 6 points depending on position of player that scores.

An assist = 3 points

A clean sheet = 4 points (for defenders & keepers)

Yellow/red cards = lose points

4. You choose a captain, who earns double points.

5. You can change your team by making transfers each week.

6. You compete in leagues against your friends or others to see who scores the most points over the season.
