Every dark cloud has a silver lining

A looming economic crisis triggered by the coronavirus pandemic is a chance for Kenya to correct some things.

1. Politics. Reggae has been stopped. BBI is kaput. Dead as a dodo. Once Covid 19 has ended, I expect political temperatures to remain low. Citizens especially the middle class are now woke. Punguza mzigo will be the talk.

2. Healthcare is expected to improve. Abuja declaration ya 2001 said African countries should allocate 15% of their budgets to health. But nobody listened. I expect Doctors, nurses and health care workers to be treated better.

3. Economy. With public finances stretched and likely to worsen, fiscal policies will be overhauled.

4. Agriculture. There is possibility of starvation among the poor. Remember galana kulalu 1 million acre project? I expect such projects to be revived. Agriculture will be taken seriously and not a part time activity for retirees.

5. Manufacturing to rise. It may take some time but because of disruption of supply chain, countries will have to look for local solutions. Mambo ya kuimport simple things like toothpicks, spoons, ear buds, pampers, underwears na kadhalika will be stopped.

6. Corruption. No enough money to loot. As simple as that. Tenderpreneuring will continue but their numbers will reduce.

7. End of greed. Mambo ya overpricing things like rent, healthcare etc will reduce.

But there is a caveat. Maybe they dont care!!

Other leaders are thinking otherwise. The norm that we were used to before corona will resume.

You spoke too soon.

This confirms what I have always said; Babuon is a really stupid leader. Instead of encouraging his bhangi-smoking always-inebriated brother to start thinking of ways to jumpstart the economy he's talking of us spending 10-20 billion shillings in a stupid referendum. That is money that should be given to banks to loan businesses at low interests to help them recover and create jobs.

Ni kama kurogwa........................

Babuon has no problem, the bangi smoking son of Ngina should know he is on his own.
I will not be surprised if he used to flag off post corona BBI rallies

Dont be surprised if that is what is in the minds of the bhangi-smoking always-inebriated brother. Both are determined to be in power past 2022

And then you remember as story like the one below

And wonder what got into the son of Ngayna. The witchdoctor alimroga

After covid19 is over, most Kenyans who have a brain and use it to think will be shocked at the swiftness with which the political class will return .ke to the tanga tanga, kieleweke, bbi manenoz.

Hehe...hii corona is God sent or sent by you favorite deity. Not only will it infect these politicians, it will also eat up most of the budget. We probably pop out on the other end broke, frustrated amid a social-econimic status war ama in a dystopian society where we can't step out of the house because the disease has become endemic.

Bw. @Okiya apa gava and wanasiasa at large ni wale wale tu. After the Korona chyeth is done they will just pick it up from wherever they left it at. They just cant wait for the signal to go back to their shenanigans while we as the sheeples follow their ass with our stupid sycophancy. Ngojea utanisho
