I have just come across some land that is being sold in Malindi for 39,000bob per 1/8acre and then you add 200 bob for title processing.

Is this deal legit?

Kuna ingine huko Chamali Malindi. Community land. Sold with the full knowledge of the administration and ministry of lands. Was going for 6K an acre. All legit. Right now being sold for 20K and acre. All legit.
Guys opened up the place,constructed acces road at 7K a kilometre. Others have planted pineapples which are doing well.
Lakini Ile shida iko huko na grabbers and double transactions on the same land. Right now they are in court.

Hehe waaaah, juzi I was watching and listening to kina Governor wa ngogoyo in the morning saying that the lands ministry is one hell of a place. Imejaa landmines.....

That if there was to be any change, ni kila mtu aende home tu roho Safi.

even the CS in an interview said that the corruption in her office was so bad, if they were to take action she would be left with nobody to work with her

Got six at 25k each in July at marereni.


Some other bigger parcels are still being adjudicated, so papers maybe upto next year.

But hata nkipewa 100 per acre nachukua Sasa.

Hii ni Kenya no one knows tomorrow.
