That's very myopic thinking as everyone knows the government takes time.It's really foolish to think folks are wishing government to fail, if it fails everyone will be affected. Everyone is optimistic the government will succeed. But the promises must be tracked to check the government progress.

No you won't say that but you'll fix the house and forget about who was there, you won't keep on crying about previous occupiers but utaita fundi and you'll also tell your kids why you're taking long to fix, maybe ni pesa sio enough or still saving or whatever you're doing.The previous occupiers are gone and the responsibilities are now on you, your kids are all looking at you.

The question right now isnt whether IMF is dictating to Treasury what to do, it is what approach President Ruto is taking, the orthodox or heterodox?
Knowing Ndii it has got to be the latter, they are going to shed off the dead weight as fast as they can while trying to maximise revenues. Their next target will likely be restructuring state corporations, there is much money tied up there and enormous potential for growth for some, that is going to be interesting.
