Menu: Fried Beef Platter n Potatoes
Ingredients:
Half kg beef (Chaps, sio steak or mguu iko na bone marrow)
2 Medium size onions
1 Tomato
Pilipili kama Mboga
5 bulbs Waru
How to go about it
I expect nyama imekatakwa kwa butcher
Weka kwa sufuria weka 300ml water
Some salt, and the pilipili
Let it boil for 15 minutes,
Put on the tomato and let it boil for like 15 minutes until the tomato is completely dissolved and the soup look appealing now,
Add the onions, chopped in rings na zimeachana, weka mafuta si kiasi sana and let it boil for like 10 minutes,
Keep adding some little water
Then when its almost dry weka waru, chopped (round of to something close to Chipo),
Then in low heat let it dry for 10 minutes.
Serve at leisure, but I can't guarantee you hii haibaki ati ya kukula kesho ama kuweka kwa fridge.
