There should be a law that compels internet service providers to credit a consumer with the number of hours a connection has been down and it's deducted from the next month payment.
Why pay for a service that's intermittent and they cut off the service on the exact due date? If you pay 5K monthly for internet connection it translates to about 7bob per hour, it should be tallied up how many hours connection was down and total cumulative down time costed and deducted or time added to next payment if more than 24hrs have passed when hours are tallied up, instead of paying on 2nd, you get an extra free day.
