Construction on Steroids

What if Uhuru gets serious and contacts this company to build 50 such houses in Nairobi? Let them do their assembly in China and transport the assembled materials to Kenya if some of the materials can't be found here.

Then labor is very cheap here.. too cheap to be true. This cheap labor will compensate cost of transportation of those materials from China. If he does this, it will have people give him 3rd term illegally though legally because he was progressive?

Hata aamue a donate his 50 acres which 0.01% of his father's grabbed land for this project. Problem ni Ngina won't allow this to happen..

That thing can be done here, and I doubt fabricating things then transporting them to Kenya would make economic sense, otherwise contractor wa express way angefanya the precast beams in China
 
This technology has existed for ages -- of course advances have been made. High-rise prefabs were used by many European countries to rebuild after World War II.

Nowadays the Chinese have fully prefabricated stadia that can be customized online and delivered in record time - so if the GOK really wanted to fulfill it's promise of building a stadium in every county...

Whatever makes economic sense should be implemented man . I'm sure if some technocrats can sit down and work on modalities of this then something feasible can be done.
