Somewhere in Langata is this upcoming residential development that is entirely made of concrete instead of cut stone.

Discussion is rife on whether that makes sense, economically, aesthetically and in the overall structural advantage.

I would say the structural integrity is on point, better than mixed with cut stones. Si skyscrapers hutengenezwa na concrete, steel and glass, without a single stone? Cost wise, this is higher.
