Card payment.

I have been using a debit card to pay for fuel and I have noted a worrying trend specifically with those Equity bank pdq that look like a mobile phone . Yesterday was the third time a transaction was declined but the amount was deducted from my card . So I ended up paying twice for the fuel . The issue is the machine not the card because yesterday I used Loop prepaid card .The first two instances I was using Equity prepaid card .
On two occasions it is the same petrol station and I asked myself are they also part of the scheme ?
