CS Keter has been removed from Energy and taken to a stripped down Devolution. Without ASALs he loses the Money associated with the Ministry.

Labour CS Chelugui stripped of the cash and massive data in Social Protection and Special Programs ( This programme was used by Deep State in the Kiambaa By-election in an attempt to grant their candidate a win - as usual it FAILED!)

Monica Juma given the job of implementing the IPPs report by December as pledged earlier.

PS Njoroge moved from Energy to deal with Matatus. Important to note he was the CEO KPLC.
