Buruburu Girls Highschool on fire

Still strange how schools don't have fire exits and surpression systems to this day.
With all the advancements in safety, we still chose to live like cavemen.
What's so difficult, cannot be understood.

There's a time I published a picture of a dorm in Kisii school that had a fire escape locked with a padlock on the outside. Nimeitafuta ikakosa.
In this picture I see a similar scenario where a fire escape was done for compliance and not for utility.
As a tisha you know what would happen every night if the girls were not locked in....then every bonobo would go crazy how the school administration is careless with their pg daughters. Dorms are just four walls with a roof, they don't self-combust....

The girls who did this should be charged with attempted murder, period....

Uyu ni uhii

It’s now being reported that the fire was arson, protesting against the school’s refusal to give them mid term! 🙆🏾‍♂️

They also complain that the school administration has implemented a plan where they cluster pupils in classes according to their performance, Eti watu wa A wote class moja, wa D wote in another class.

They’ve been sending threatening letters to their principal, complete with matchsticks!

thought midterm ni gava ilisema this round hakuna?

lakini hiyo kupanga classes according to grades is a bit discriminatory, class ya watu was D itakuwa laughing stock.

Why endanger their colleagues? In most school arsons, the fire is usually set up during preps or class time.
